npm库的版本一直无更新 #108

维护老旧vue项目，发现在使用本插件，想隐藏按钮发现不行，排查发现版本都不一样，npm库的是6.0.2版本一直无更新。

如果不打算更新npm库的话，是不是应该在这边的readme注明一下两边的版本差距，以免引起更多误会？
