Why are you not providing the source code for libmaix SO files? I can understand that the SDK is private, but the value of the whole project seem very limited without the source code for the central library.

we can not make SDK(of V831/V833)'s source open for the NDA protocol with Allwinner, the aim of this repo is to make us "can" run NPU easily, and designed for multiple platforms, maybe more source will open on other source in the future
There are many pieces you could open. ATM Maix is less open source than MacOS.
build scripts
U-Boot versions / source
Linux versions / source
Packages source
Build server setups / docker
You also didn't answer the main question of the issue. You can open source the libmaix source even if it cannot be compiled without the Sochip SDK. Are you saying that the APIs you code against are under NDA ?
