Allow an automated creation of GCP Projects.

How to implement this

You can follow the selectGoogleCloudProject function and extend it

Expected behaviour

Usage of the gcloud CLI to generate a GCP project.
Generate a project-id matching to the gcp project id guidelines and prepend it with "sipgate-io" (followed by random numbers and letters)
