Please Upgrade SerialPort Dependecy to at least 3.x #2

I want to use the latest NodeJS LTS (currenty 6.10) Version.
But SerialPort 2.x does not support NodeJS 6.x.

It might even be better to update to 4.x in order to support the next LTS version
