This feature request aims to create a plugin that allows users to trigger webhooks based on specific actions they request. This will enhance the system’s flexibility and enable users to automate processes effectively.

Required Change:

• Develop a plugin that facilitates the creation of webhooks, allowing users to trigger them based on their requests for specific actions.
• This shoud be a pluggin similar to website plugin but to performa webhook request
