Consider "import on save" behavior

In camtasia when you import new media, it isn't physically copied into the project until you save. This means that if you abandon some edits/imports your project is unchanged. We currently don't behave like this: on import we immediately copy the file.

We should at least consider mimicking camtasia's behavior.
