多次粘贴列表子选项，思源自我崩溃

剪切了一个列表的子项目，粘贴后再撤销，再一次粘贴，反复几次就崩溃了

Expected result

复现过程：

反复按ctrl+z和ctrl+v
崩溃后，原来的那个帖子标题已经无法编辑了，明明有标题，依旧显示为未命名
