改进表格 `使用默认列宽` 功能、插入列的默认列宽 #12776

使用块标上的 使用默认列宽 之后，应该让所有列都恢复默认列宽；使用右键菜单里的使用默认列宽 之后才应该只恢复光标所在列的列宽
没有文本或文本很短的情况下默认列宽应该是插入表格时的初始宽度，否则就不是“默认”了
插入列的默认列宽应该跟插入表格时的初始列宽一致，现在的太窄了
