Since we currently have to coordinate three people, we should have a list of open and closed To-Dos:

  • 190417_SN737_0464_ACCWEGACXX (Layal)
    • create samplesheet and push to github
    • backup
    • transfer to HPC
    • inform wetlab to delete data on instrument
    • inform analysts about demux quality
    • upload to Snupy
    • inform analysts about data upload to Snupy and send status_update
  • 190529_SN737_0465_BCC167ACXX (Deya)
    • create samplesheet and push to github
    • backup
    • transfer to HPC
    • inform wetlab to delete data on instrument
    • inform analysts about demux quality
    • instruct analysts how to access their fastq data

    • backup
    • transfer to HPC

I just resent the demux report to the three defined recipients for the above mentioned four flowcells.
