validate serving with seldon

The with-model-pool example only checks if the model file is transferred to seldon container via its initContainer. However, the functionality and compatibility of seldon and the trained mlp model for mnist is not validated yet. The README.md file under with-model-pool should be updated with explanation of how to verify the model serving.
