Support for SUDS Version 0.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add support for the current version of SUDS, which is 0.4.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The script requires a lesser version of SUDS support (0.3.9). Can this be 
updated to support 0.4.0?

Please provide any additional information below.
When the WSDL import happens, the module misbehaves in a few ways.

I'd also love to see this.  For what it's worth suds 0.4.0 is closing in on 4 
years old now.

Seems like suds is defunct now.  Is it possible to use suds-jurko instead.
