Button that overlays on the screen after scrolling up. There's already a "scroll to bottom" button at the top of the list.

This might not be necessary if #76 ends up using an upside-down scroll view, because that way the user can just use the scrollsToTop gesture to scroll to the bottom (or top in the case of #70).

The current implementation of the UI redesign (#81) replaces the "scroll to top" tap with scrolling to the bottom. Could still be worth adding a dedicated button later.
