Add vanflow system tests for the tcp adaptor #1479

Currently, we have general vflow tests in system_tests_vflow.py.

Add tcp adaptor specific vanflow tests

Look to see which specific flows are created/used and write tests that exercise these flows and make sure the results are what we expect.
