Adjusting table column width

Hey everyone, I am trying to add columns to the response table so I can nest data elements for a cleaner look and feel to developer documentation. At the moment when I add new columns, the margins between each of them are fairly large, forcing the description column further to the right where it gets stuck under the code blocks, making them impossible to read.

Does anyone know if / how I can adjust the column widths or margins?

The screenshot below illustrates just how large the margins are between each column.
