Allow seeking to a particular frame and calculating the metrics only for that.

The API would simply add a frame_numbers option to the calculate() call to just calculate one or multiple frames.

Would have to investigate the accuracy of the approach, because seeking in ffmpeg could cause frame-misalignment, especially when seeking fast?
