Can't communicate with cgminer-4.10

This appears to be some of the dependencies for 4.10 (in the README) are missing. Another thing, for the "install command" you have to specify the drivers (again in README). I'm just going to add them all. Start at GITHUB and go from the application writer's suggestions. There is the answer to most questions in that readme.
