Bazarr's "Automatic Subtitle Sync" sometimes cuts off the first minute of subtitles when using "No Fix Framerate" #189

I originally wrote this up as a bug on Bazarr's github and they told me to post here. I'm just going to link that instead of re-writing everything here: morpheus65535/bazarr#2535

@goaliedude3919 does it work if you don't check "No Fix Framerate"? If ffsubsync tries to fix the framerate when that's unchecked, then it's guaranteed that at least one of the framerate-"fixed" or framerate-unchanged attempt will be wrong.
