Add a Database of Twitter Handles and add Automatic Author/Twitter Handle matching

Finding authors on Twitter is a bit tedious.
But one may go out of ones way to tag the authors in the tweet.

Ideally, the system would propose automatically a list of possible matches, possibly using information like followers and followers of followers, to benefit from the nature of the social network.

• simply save a twitter handle for an author name, and give the option to use it when available
• propose twitter handles, in place when one isn't know yet
• show previous, details, about the Twitter user, to make it easy to identify the right account
• ideally, have the user interface work very much in place, and "right there" without needing anything but the editor field for the tweet
