Misc. static icon rendering issues

A number of static icons are rendered improperly by the Generic HMI in dark mode, the stroke is not the same throughout the whole image:
OFFICE_PHONE_NUMBER (0x56) - windows
CELL_PHONE_IN_ROAMING_MODE (0x66) - "R"
PRIMARY_PHONE (0x1F) - star
RADIO_BUTTON_CHECKED (0x25) - radio button fill
VOICE_CONTROL_SCROLLBAR_LIST_ITEM_NO_1-4 (0xC7-0xCA) - whole icon
ID3_TAG_UNKNOWN (0x51) - the dot in ?
USB_MEDIA_AUDIO_SOURCE (0x0B) - USB tips
AUXILLARY_AUDIO (0x45) - dot
PLAY (0xD0) - pause button filling renders differently depending on mode

In addition, if either of these two icons are present on screen, none of the other static icons will render:
BLUETOOTH2 (0xCD)
IPOD_MEDIA_SOURCE (0x0D)
