after upgrade from 1.9.5 to 1.9.8 the module shows strange error message when a validation violation is triggered #40

It looks like this

We use REDCap 9.3.6 and on our test server we recently installed 10.0.4 and got the same error message.
Everything works fine with version 1.9.5.
