typescript error with 'InternalUnsafeConstructorOption' is declared but never used'

We add a type definition to the generated file that is not used unless there are object schemas and that gets flagged by ts 🤦

workaround is to either add a dummy type: object schema or lose the ts check for that somehow. Seems like the check cannot be disabled per file so adding ignores to the header does not work.
