手机wap支付返回url的问题 #214

看官方文档是建议使用get方法获取form表单的，目前的sdk好像都是返回url的，那对于在在支付宝打开网页支付的话不能自动唤起支付，还是要跳转页面支付，对于这种场景有没有解决办法

拿到url之后，解析一下url中的参数，提取出 biz_content 参数
