Wish: Markdown to JIRA #14

I'd like to edit JIRA issues in Markdown instead of JIRA's custom syntax.

To support this, the website needs to passed to the server, as already requested in #7.

From there, it should be fairly to implement. The j2m module already handles bi-directional conversion between Markdown and JIRA format.
