Need to release a new version of this package due to 2a4e617. Currently, we have biocaml failing.

Wasn't the idea to put flow into biocaml_app and then deprecate flow as a library?

Yes, but that might take a little time. Why not just do a release for the sake of getting our Travis builds to pass.

What about cloning & pinning flow in the .travis-ci.sh?

It would make less opam-repo paperwork/testing (adding constraints on flow 0.2 and creating 0.3, both with unknown core constraints) :)

Shouldn't a release be totally trivial? Just git tag it, copy and slightly update the previous opam package. The constraints can remain unchanged; commit 2a4e617 is backwards compatible.

Plus the pulll-request + propagation (and I don't like polluting the mothership opam-repository with a library that's already deprecated).

Flow.master is already there: https://github.com/biocaml/dev-opam-repo/tree/master/packages/flow.master
so it is just a matter of opam remote add in the travis script
(and it will be useful later if we do changes to cfstream or add other sub-libraries, and it will test the dev-opam-repo itself). I can set that up tomorrow.

Ok, so you'll still do a release. But you prefer pushing the package to biocaml's dev-opam-repo. That works.

A new version compatible with 4.01 would be very welcome in opam master. This keeps tripping up my bulk builds (see ocaml/opam-repository#1481 which restricts flow)
