Now it's just a minimal thing that covers RPS. Finish it so that it handles more complex examples.

We're not using s(CASP) anymore, so I suppose we can remove this?

OK as far as I am concerned, but maybe, Avishkar wants to use another ASP variant. But it would not harm to remove s(CASP) for the moment.

Is there a ToProlog.hs or similar somewhere? I'd assume whatever you have is probably more mature (or would be soon) than the piece of code that is in ToSCASP, and that would probably be a better starting point for any future new languages?
