Expected correct behavior:
It would be great to be able to duplicate a conference!

Duplicating Should Copy:

basic info
splash page settings
tickets
Rooms
Event Types
Tracks
CFP
Emails
Registration Period

Should not duplicate:

Ticket Purchases
Event Proposals/Events, Voting, etc
Schedules

Arguments: short name of old conf, and short name of new conf
