Rename name to username in registration API

Changing this parameter name should automatically clarify usage intent and reduce the chance that someone tries to use a given name in that field - the correct usage is a handle (username, email, etc) that the user would type.

Note that I've filed several feedbacks with Apple on their own docs here, and how things display inside the new Passwords app (and settings equivalent for current OS versions)
