[Feature request] City importable via LDAP and searchable column 'City' in 'People' view

I've raised this issue before and will do it again. :)
I have a large database of people, who all are managed with LDAP, but their locations are 'Snipe-IT only' and aren't stored in AD. (We track user location with other HR and Accounting tools.) And there's no workaround for this problem.

Issues I have.

1. To assign location for a group of users in Snipe-IT, I have to surf through hundreds of users and manually mark one by one for bulk update. The only filter I have is 'Department' column ('LDAP Department'), but it's just not enough, because people can belong to same Department, but be in different cities.
2. City information is filled in our AD (physicalDeliveryOfficeName) and I could get it via LDAP Sync, but Snipe-IT doesn't have import for 'City' column.
3. Even if I manually fill in 'City' details in Snipe-IT, this column isn't searchable. (same is true for 'State')

From all fields (7) related to user's location only 'location' and 'phone' are LDAP Syncable and searchable. (Country is only syncable).

Please, could you make at least column 'City' searchable and LDAP Syncable? Also, it would be great to have a custom syncable LDAP field(s) for any information you want to sync, that doesn't fit in any current field. (These fields should be searchable.)

(And while at it - please add option to set default Company in LDAP Settings.)

I'll consider @swift2512 's GH issue as the 'canonical' one for the 'default company' idea, and I'll consider this one for City.

And, in fact, I would be willing to say - anything that we have a field for, we should at least offer to let you sync via LDAP. Who knows what crazy fields you have in your LDAP setup, maybe you have one for everything!

Additionally, those fields ought to probably be searchable.
