Turns out Google Analytics isn't working. Seems like we could either generate an 'old-style' tracking ID or update JupyterBook to > 0.11.2 jupyter-book/jupyter-book#1300

Pythia project has a workaround for this ProjectPythia/pythia-foundations#123 which we can try until pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme#439 is merged and released.
