cabal-install can pull in packages from VCS sources with source-repository-package, but it's totally ignorant about hpack or any other ways of generating the .cabal file.

It would be appreciated if yaml.cabal could be checked in so that source-repository-package will work out of the box when unreleased changes need to be used.
