[Housekeeping] Restructure the folder structure

After several discussion, we found that it's a bit confusing when looking into the build folder as not everything was built into it. As Soapie-team, we want to get this restructured.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. build folder is safed to be deleted all the time
2. coding folders are well structured so people can easily jump into it and make changes
3. Webpack build process should be updated accordingly
