It is now December 2015. There have been only 2 issues closed so far for all of 2015. Are issues being fixed in release updates but the issues are not being marked closed? Are the issues not being addressed? If not, why not? What prioritization is occurring to address user needs?
I may have missed something but it appears the last comment from a Socrata employee on an issue was in May.
Audit all existing open issues:
Comment/document and close any issues that have been addressed in releases
Determine if issues are still real issues by responding to and commenting in Issue threads.
Provide some sort of comment/response to all remaining issues/feature requests requesting additional information, providing timeline for implementation, prioritization planning, etc.

Thank you so much from bringing this issue to our attention. Until now, we've primarily dedicated our resources to answering DataSync questions through the support channels. In the coming weeks we'll audit the open issues here and respond with more details .
