1.Issues/description:
installation dashboard in Centos has a problem dashboard is not coming up
only blue background in the dashboard is coming up

2.Why the issue have to be fixed:
for successful installation of dashboard in Centos
blocker for Virtualbox CentOs

3.How to reproduce,in case of a bug:
delfin with dashboard installation in CentOs

4.Environment Notes:
HOST OS-CentOs version
