크롱님의 피드백 반영하여 README 수정

원하는 기능 추가

시스템 아키텍쳐 수정
"프로토타입" 제목을 다른 제목으로 수정
- 프로토타입이 아닌 실제 화면이므로 다른 제목으로 수정
팀 노션
- 팀 노션에 무슨 내용이 있는지, 노션을 모르는 사람도 알기 쉽게 설명 추가
ERD 및 API 명세서 수정된 내용 반영
