GITHUB is not allowing repo search anymore

We have big issue just even to make one search in the repo. we get very bad message You have exceeded a secondary rate limit. it is the first search in the week and no other devices are communication with github that could cause this issue. this is going on for at least 8 months.

I just login with 2FA and it was asking the 2FA twice. Don't know what is up with github last years but it is not the trustworthy company anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
1: Go to github.com.
2: Click on the search bar.
3: Type in any search.
4: Wait any amount of time.
5: Press enter.

Unfortunately GITHUB is not a reliable partner anymore.
