More CI Setup

Bitrise should be configured to auto deploy to internal track on play so that we can test changes nightly and publish them easily to alpha/beta channels to allow other groups test out before deploying to production.

@ebelinski would it be possible to get a key for publishing automatically to the internal or beta track.
Instructions for what we would need are here. https://github.com/Triple-T/gradle-play-publisher#authenticating-gradle-play-publisher and the key would just live on CI so we can get nightly builds delivered right to our phones.
