The sociodemographic data on ethnicity doesn't capture groups we would expect to be historically dis-included from academic research. Zero is a very important result, and we might be able to confirm this result for certain traditionally excluded groups if we allowed participants to self identify ethnic group. Right now for example, I can't see if the total number of Roma origin RSEs is zero, because it is not a group that can be picked.
