Remove sogilis theme

Merge sogilis theme and regular files.
Sogilis theme brings only more complexity as we may not change theme frequently.

What are « sogilis theme » and « regular files » ?

• « regular files » are all files in site/, except site/themes.
• « sogilis theme » is a theme created by us for sogilis (see site/themes/sogilis).

Theming is a Hugo feature which allows to display same content (i.e. blog posts) with different layout, styling, etc.
We can found same kind of files in regular files and in themes (templates, scss, js, i18n,...), except data (blog posts in our case), which is not part of themes.

Since the sogilis theme doesn't have the objective to be used elsewhere, there is no reason to use theme here. More other this increase website complexity for nothing.
