Bob Bentley (MSSL) pointed out that HMI seems to be downloading sporadically over the past week. I checked the sm_batch.log and the download from JSOC was returning a 'Problem with EXPORT' error.

This seems to have something to do with the time range we're querying (currently 12 hrs from current time). If I reduce this to 2 hrs from current time the download is successful. I suggest the query for HMI files be reduced to 2 hrs to see if this fixes the problem.
