English translation: initialize cursor on English language

Initialize cursor on the English choice instead of French (you may need to delete the "settings.dat" file for this menu to appear, if yoy already have a savegame). You may click by mistake on French.

(Also, it is not very clear that the yellow color means "selected" and white "non-selected", for the language choice. But this problem will disappear when we have more than 2 languages.)
