publish a new version to npm

The new version is still missing the build folder (which existed up to version 1.5.1 and is missing in 1.5.2, 1.5.3, 1.5.4).

• 1.5.3 still breaks by not shipping qrcode/build/qrcode.js to npm #333
• Since version 1.5.2,build folder is missing in the NPM package #335
• install from npm does not build browser version #346
• No assets on CDNJS for versions 1.5.2 and 1.5.3 #355
• no bundle or build file present #362

@soldair Could you reopen this so that we know what the state of play is with the built browser versions and/or CDNs?

Could really use that front end javascript.
