Flasks from the alchemist enemy get their amount cut in half when put in bank.

For example, I put a 200% full teleportatium flask inside the bank and it became 100%. And another example was I got a 200% pheramone potion and used it until it was 65%, and when I put it in the bank, it became 33%.
