Can solidjs maintain Reactive Utils as an independent package?

I am very grateful to the author for designing such a great framework, but as a beginner, in the process of learning solidjs, I found that it is not as simple as react. I need to ask myself, will I not be able to develop large applications without Reactive Utils? On the contrary, if I use React, I only need to understand Function Component and basic useXxx, and the consistent naming style of useXxx is easier to accept than Reactive Utils. On the contrary, I can’t even know each of Reactive Utils. Which category should the function of an API belong to.
