removing tweaks, lutris and protonfixes import

Most tweak functions will be removed, including lutris and protonfixes tweak import
and tweak functionality will be reduced to a bare minimum (mostly a boolean if those found should be used).
Maybe auto imported tweaks from lutris and protonfixes will be used as optional source later (stl-tweaks repo)
