Here are the missing files.
I find out the problem: github do not accept .mo .po files and I never read the message about it! :$

Thanks, i have added them to the repository.
But because of the latest changes the file isn't complete anymore, if you have time it would be great if you could update it with the latest template.

I'll try to download WPKG-GP... I'm sure I've already translated it on wpkg-gp list/wiki...but if I remember it's just a few sentences.
