Delivering Multiple emails

Hi,
i am facing some issue that while sending one newsletter, and some people receiving 5-20 emails. and i am loosing many(unsubscribing) because of this issue.
i checked with the hosting team and they told me the change the time out value
i don't know how to change that

I am not sure how changing the timeout value would help your problem. Are you able to reproduce this issue by yourself?

I put the time out value as 50 do you have any other suggestions please?

there was a lot of bottle necking messages in the log report before and I made the throttle values to minimum

still I am facing the issue one mail delivering as 5-9 some times and my subscribers un subscribing because of this issue

any help in this regard highly appreciated

Hello @jasimp,

Pommo keeps track of who it has already sent a mailing to, so the same user shouldn't be receiving the same email more than once. If this is happening this may be a bug but we need to be able to reproduce so we can debug it.

• Can you reproduce this issue?
• Is it possible that the users are in your subscribers list more than once and that is the reason they are receiving the e-mail more than once?
