SORA user

I want to

rate the CRT in additional audit service

So that

I can make a decision about CR token

Acceptance criteria

1. The user is ready to send to the audit service the token.
   1. The front-end calls the SORA pallet to send the token to the audit service.
   2. The SORA pallet update the status of token - Rating and sends token to the audit service.
2. The audit service got the rating and return to the pallet.
   1. The audit service to analyze token inside data.
   2. The SORA pallet updates the status - Decision.
