Twitch Stream is Audio only

When I multistream to Twitch, the screen is completely blank and has audio only on the mobile app, but on pc it says I'm offline in some places, and live in other places. To add to the confusion, the VOD works completely fine, and my stream to Youtube has no issues whatsoever. Help!

What are your Output settings? Twitch does not support the newer codecs yet, so make sure your settings are compliant with their official Broadcasting Guidelines.
