请描述你为什么要申请这个功能，是在使用的过程中遇到了什么问题嘛？

目前书签在excel中可以自由排序，但是上面的分类管理无法做到自由排序，调整顺序后，下面的书签页因为是跟着序号走，会导致归到错误的分类中。
