As a user I want to be able to create a link between two or more of my own figures to indicate that these figures are logically linked to each others

(Possible implementation with free text tags?
Create group of figures that belong together. This would basically be like a figure group (like the user groups). But the question is, what if one figure is public and the other isnt? So maybe it would be necessary to only publish or keep private/share the whole group?
